He arrived promptly, with a substantial excavator, which was fully included in his rate. We only paid for the necessary parts in addition to this. He did not charge extra for his travel costs or VAT, no hidden extras. He worked diligently and professionally, as well as very hard, throughout, accomplishing the necessary task to our satisfaction.
